About CCW Multihead Weighers

Ranging from 8 to 24 head models, Ishida's multihead weighers lead the industry with their precise, high speed weighing.
Running at speeds up to 180 WPM for single discharge, Ishida multihead weighers maintain their accuracy (+/-0.5g) even in the harshest environments with the exclusive use of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and Anti Floor Vibration (AFV) technology.
Since no one product or work environment is ever the same, Ishida designs each machine according to the specific requirements of the customer. A wide range of models is available in both standard and waterproof construction, to handle products ranging from fragile food products to detergent, pharmaceuticals and metal parts.

Basic Principle of Combination Weighing

STANDARD TYPE
The basic combination calculation sequence, applicable to a wide range of products.

PAIR TYPE
A double weigh hopper per each pool hopper makes high speed weighing possible with only 8 heads.

BOOSTER TYPE
The addition of booster hoppers gives these weighers the same processing capacity as the high-speed type but with fewer heads.This makes for a space-conserving unit which is easily maintained.

AFV(Anti-Floor-Vibration)

A special system, unique to the most recent Ishida weigher models, measures floor vibration and automatically compensates for it. This Anti Floor Vibration (AFV) feature is combined with digital filtration and digital signal processing (DSP) to deliver highly accurate weight readings very rapidly. Another unique feature of this system is that each weighment receives an extra check just prior to discharge.
