Ishida has extended its network to cover more than 70 countries, in Europe, Asia, Oceania, North and Latin America, Middle East and Africa, in order to provide uniform quality products and service to all users around the world. In the process, we have expanded our business operations to meet the demands of each region.
Ishida has regional production facilities located in the UK, Korea, China, and Brazil, and sales offices and service centers around the world. Furthermore, important facilities are linked by a virtual private network (VPN) to create market-oriented systems, in which information accumulated worldwide is shared and adapted to meet the needs of the customer. This is one of the keys to the high reputation Ishida enjoys all over the world.
The Ishida Brand, Expanding Around the World
For more than 25 years, Ishida has had a mutual cooperation arrangement with Heat and Control, Inc. for sales and service in North and South America as well as Oceania. This long term partnership remains valid today. Furthermore, aiming for even more precisely targeted operations, Ishida has established subsidiaries in the US, Canada, and Brazil; respectively, Ishida Corporation of America, Ishida Canada, Inc. and Ishida do Brasil, Ltda.
Ishida Europe Ltd., Ishida's first overseas subsidiary, was established in 1985. At present, Ishida Europe is engaged in production, sales, and service operations and is expanding its business internationally through its distribution networks in Western Europe, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Ishida has also established several subsidiaries in Asia, which has been showing remarkable economic growth in recent years; Descom in Korea (1988), Ishida Systems (M) in Malaysia (1996), Shanghai Ishida in China (2000), and Ishida Thailand (2001), allowing it to meet the expanding needs of each region.
