1992
Ishida Corporation of America was established.
1993
Actual entry to packaging/cartoning industry with the "ACP-201" case-packer.
Ishida celebrated its 100th anniversary and changed its company name and logo. The Shiga Technological Center was established.
1995
Shiga Factory acquired ISO 9002 certification.
1996
Foreign object X-ray inspection system was developed.
Vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine, the "APEX ", was developed.
Ishida Systems (M) Sdn. Bhd. was established in Malaysia.
1997
Shiga Factory acquired ISO 9001 certification.
1998
The contributions of the company in the snack food industry were acknowledged and President Ryuichi Ishida was awarded a "Circle of Honor Award" by the Snack Food Association at the SNAXPO in the U.S. He was the first non-American recipient of the award.
1999
Ishida delivered Japan's first ESL (electronic shelf label) systems to supermarkets.
